This Privacy Policy describes how Matt Cortez Law, PC ("we," "us," or "the firm") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with this website, mattcortezlaw.com. It does not describe how we handle information we receive from clients in the course of representation, which is governed separately by the attorney-client relationship and applicable rules of professional conduct.
No attorney-client relationship until you are retained
Visiting this website, calling, emailing, or submitting information through this site, including the contact form, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when Matt Cortez Law, PC agrees, in writing, to represent you.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website, by email, or through the contact form until that relationship has been established. Information sent beforehand may not be protected as confidential and may not be treated as privileged.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the details you choose to share through a contact form or by calling or emailing us. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, through cookies and similar technologies described below.
